I have a bed bug problem! I have had a severe rash on my arms and legs where I had been bitten! I was going crazy with itchyness! I needed help!

I called Bug out and Frank came out to check my place out. He sent 2 men out that Friday and they treated my home. I did explain to them (and to Frank) where I had seen them in the house. They treated it after I left.
I removed all the clothing from my closets, bedding, towels, material of any sort from the house. I washed it over 5 days, 1 load at a time.

That first evening, with all the material items in the house removed, only furniture left, I saw a nymph crawling on my arm while sitting in a living room chair. I reported it. Then over several days I saw another and another... crawling on my arm/hand!

I called and they sent out Byron. He listened to what I had to say, how I had treated the house myself - many times, what I had washed and vacuumed prior to and after the first treatment. He proceeded to check furniture, baseboards and trim in 3 rooms, with a flashlight, meticulously! He found only dead bugs, but he sprayed the places I sit and was concerned about.

I am very pleased with their service and their attention to detail and the fact that a call generates another visit to retreat. I do highly recommend their services.

Tim has been serving my home for years and he is awesome. No matter the issue from outside to inside, he inspects the property and treats accordingly. I appreciate how he is thorough and explains in details about the situation and what he's going to do to help. He also explains what to do to avoid bug/critter activity. Tim is a great asset to the Bug Out team and I appreciate his professionalism.
